Did you receive your goods? I just received from Pos Malaysia that I need to pay 15% (tax) + 5% (sst) to my goods (including my other non-protein items).. the tariff code they put in is 2106.90 99 00.

already contacted Myprotein, they will investigate on Trackpak as they are the shipping company that have many negative review online. taking so long ;(

My recent order took about 7 business days and shipped from Singapore by singpost...

Ordered in june, till now have not received. Just being told to keep waiting for it when they investigate.

Just got a call from Pos Laju that the item has arrived. But already proceeded with refund since June...took them 4 mths to arrive. The customer service said it's lost somewhere in Singapore previously. So should I collect the item?

and they mentioned that their product is ship from UK
that mean i need to pay TAX like what people post earlier?

Pretty sure they shipped from Singapore. This was my first order from MP. And they used Speedpost as courier option. As a lot of people said, going above RM500 or/and 10kg will result in custom tax penalty. So I tried to keep it below RM350 in case custom makes some shat up themselves to get me taxed. But my last order went pretty smooth and it delivered to me in Selangor within 2 weeks.

See, I bought 2 pairs of gloves, half gallon hydrator(free), 5kg weight gainer, 2.5kg whey protein, free whey sample). The gross weight is about 9.014kg as stated on the box. I would say, try to keep it below 7-8kg? Things add up and you definitely don't want to go over 10kg.

Also, I saw someone above said Penang custom can be pretty harsh. In the end of the day, it's custom we are talking about here, so uh.. YMMV.

just had a good experience with myprotein:

1. bought above rm500 worth of supplements/proteins, and tracking says it's stucked in some foreign country for 2 weeks already.

2. emailed myprotein with the screenshot of the tracking, and they immediately said it's now over their KPI/allocated delivery timeframe, and the will issue either a refund or priority re-shipment again.

3. because i actually want the product and not trying to make any money - i opt for reshipment, received within 3 days.

4. after another 2 week, i got my "old-first order" shipment at my front door.

so now i'm stucked with way too much protein powders...

I think you can buy myprotein from some pharmacies nowadays. A new pharmacy I recently visited brought in some myprotein products and are able to special order any myprotein products I wanted.

They told me that myprotein has a base in Singapore and that is where they get their products. Also their pricing is very cheap. I got the protein layered bar for around RM8.50 each.

I have asked one of my friends regarding ordering MYPROTEIN from overseas, I did not get any relevant information regarding the shipping matters, but my friend said it took him almost 1 month for it to arrive. He did not face ant custom issues wor as he bought the big bag of protein too. But when his whey came, the package bocor de hahaha. Then he angry and never order from overseas already.
