Dang, I thought buy 1 bottle or 2 won't get problem like this? But why?

Isnt the letter is very clear that u are violating the rules by importing suplements that are not certified by the pharmaceutical department? Every suplements suppose to have kkm logo certification if not mistaken.

My advise is buy locally Coz their products are brought in through the legal channels.

If you still want to import yourself, u have to go through the paperwork first like any other importers..

In ideal situation, they should be endorsed with kkm Shiny logo.. thats the proper way. If there is any without the kkm Shiny logo, then they could be reported or raids could be conducted.

Just order in lesser quantities next time if for personal use. I've gotten similar letter before included into the parcel, but I ordered again and still received without issues.

I just called them this morning as I can't get to the Pharmacy office. Unfortunately there are no favorable reply from them. No approval from KKM, cannot bring in. If let say bring in again, they will confiscate the item or denda RM25k. Can get approval from them but gotta have license and registered company to bring in (Of course it will be so costly).  So sad can't buy from iHerb already as they give a very good price for my supps. Hmmm. Local pharmacy markup their price until 200% due to taxes and licenses that they have. Very unreasonable. Ask them it is for my own personal use, they still say can't bring in. Fuck.       

Not gonna stay in Malaysia. Everything also wanna tax and can'tdo anything. Sigh

Let me just say this, u will get away once or twice. Iherb has already been on their watch for a long time. 3rd u order, u risk saying goodbye to yr purchases. No appeal will be entertained as warning letter has been issued to you. Yes, they keep records of yr details in their database.

Their logic is simple, no registration no import. Want import, get license. Same goes for cosmetic items.

Quite a number of times dy. Usually around RM500. Don't have warning letter dy. Perhaps it depends on how hardworking the customs ppl are in checking your parcel. I didn't order from iHerb before but from another well known online pharmacy from down under.

It's very simple actually, if 3 years jail & RM25k is something that you can stomach, then by all means go ahead. You're not the first, not the last & definitely not the only one. There are people who got visited, there are people who got called & there are people who got the letter. It's a matter of time.

The parcel I will collect at the service point today! Hopefully there is no any warning letter in the box.

I bring my gf to collect the parcel. I registered it under her name, address and phone number.

But unfortunately after buying just 4 items which is not illegal items, still the pharmacy department insert the warning letter inside it. Maybe for iHerb delivery, customs and pharmacy department make the rules tight for them?

So after 2 months I might buy again but this time I wanna try it to be under my name again. Hopefully this time also still can lepas because I only wanted to buy 3 different items only.

Folks it actually depended on the Region...some region is more strict/overzealous than others. That why different people have different experience when dealing with those gov jabatan.

There are 5 port of entry for air-delivered parcel from USA into Malaysia.
The processing done by Farmasi & Kastam is based on the parcel port of entry.

Jabatan Kastam will decide how much you will be taxed.
Bahagian Farmasi will decide whether the supplement should be seized and whether a warning letter should be given.

Red Color Warning letter: A General warning letter. Randomly given. (Can safety ignore it if it was for personal consumption)

200 tablets is just my guess because last time I ordered 3 bottle which contain 360, 180 & 250 tablet and I received the yellow letter.

Already one month (3 days past the due date), but my package is nowhere to be seen. Use the airmail without tracking so no idea where it is now.

I placed order on 31 Aug 2018 and until now I get nothing.
No call, no letter, no parcel.
iHerb keeps want me to wait wait wait or contact POS Malaysia. The problem is, global mail does not have a tracking number for POS Malaysia. How to I check with them?     

It won't be customs who confiscates, but Health Department.
I got a call from them, informing me about the confiscation, along with a warning to not do it again.
Have you tried contacting global mail to get the ref no for Pos Malaysia? They should be able to give you a ref to check, otherwise I think it's lost.

By the way, I don't think Pos Malaysia is a delivery option? Always DHL or Ups, no?

I have contacted DHL they said they cant do anything as they do not have local tracking number as well. Ask me refer back to my sender to claim parcel missing and get refund......

Same situation and location (Selangor) with you. RM200 burn just like that. Probably gonna be my first and last time buying anything from iherb.

I only used DHL Express as the courier when I ordered from Iherb. I can track it until it reach my door steps. Only took 7-8 days to reach my door steps,  DHL will make sure it is delivered. It is expensive but very Safe.

Using Delivery by Local Post (Globalmail) is risky, out of 10 order, 1 or 2 may goes missing. Tracking is limited, DHL will wash hand & said they already passed it to Pos Malaysia (Local Post). It is cheap (even FREE) but it is risky.

I sometime get either Red or Yellow warning letter issued by Subang but since it was for my own Personal Consumption it can be safely ignored.

I am using the cheapest delivery method in that 4 choices, so I chose USPS, did you try USPS before? Have you successfully received your parcel? because I only bought one item and its also not worth more than RM 100.

bruh, need an advice. I'm aiming for Inositol (its a vitamin that exists in Vitamin B Complex) which is used to control headaches...a better version of Panadol or Cafergot (Migraine pills which does not allow you to take more than 6 pills a week or it'll kill you). Aiming for 3 bottles for the most ideal shipping fee...its cheap @ RM128 via SkyNet (RM164 via DHL) but has 100 pills per bottle. At an average 2 pills per day (IF I take it everyday) its about 6 months supply. Price wise it might pass Customs but is the Pharmacy dept okay with 300 tablets even if its own use?
