I am using DHL Global Mail. their responsibility is to deliver my parcel until Malaysia Custom only. then will be continue by POS Malaysia. I have contacted DHL they said they cant do anything as they do not have local tracking number as well. Ask me refer back to my sender to claim parcel missing and get refund......
