The fuel consumption of my 2.0L is 12.6 km per litre. 80% city driving and 20% highway.

Is this good or bad?  smile.gif

This is considered good for 80% city driving especially for such a big car. I believe the normal 1.8L sedan cars also are doing roughly the same.

How's the performance, NVH, and quality of the 2.0L so far? Any rattling noise? I'm still looking for 2.0L test drive car.

I don't drive light-footed. smile.gif

The NVH is bearable on smooth roads. On rougher stretches the noise is deafening.

On hatchbacks and two box design like an SUV much of the noise comes from the back of the cabin. The rear wheel well is poorly insulated. The tyre/road noise resonates into the boot which is like a speaker box amplifying that noise. Be a rear seat passenger and you'll know what I mean.

The number can go up or down drastically depending on the traffic condition.

My reading is now 13.8 km/litre. Accumulated mileage is about 2000 km. smile.gif

Firm is good. You don't want seats which you can sink into. smile.gif

+1. Traffic do play a huge part on the reading. Heavy/Light footed is just one of the component

I find the firm part (cushion like) behind my back is good. Supports my posture and it's quite comfortable.

Have you decided on your car choice? smile.gif

Mine still shows around 11.7 - 12 km/l.

Going to send for 1k service/checking and install lock nuts by end of this week.

Useless discovery of the day:

The head unit can read movie files. But you can only watch shows while the vehicle is stationary.

Haha.. It's a safety concern.. I have read it can be disabled.. Can't remember how, some light hackery involved though.

Just noticed the seats. Booked the crv 1.5TCP today. My mazda SA was not too happy tho. Still selling me the 2.2 diesel. In the end he did ask me to compare the CRV against the previous facelift CX5. WTH right

Thought as such. Insurance will be a bitch to claim as well if they found out you hacked something.

Yeah, but if no major accident...for most of such HU bypassing, can be reversed to stock. So before sending it in to SC, one has to remember to remove the mods to avoid being denied warranty or insurance claims. Have you joined the G5 specific FB group? You should, can get some blings to accessorize.. brows.gif

Congrats. When will you get the car?

Hehe. Maybe he got nothing else to say since you already made up your mind.

Hey bro...
Here's the big issues i found on today during otw from kl to jb
After 140km/h there's a noise from the engine parts and it's so loud.
The sound reduced but still can hear after 160kn/h
Anyone here facing the same issues like me? Many owner of CRV G5 in FB group found the same issue like. I dont know whether is bearing issue or tyre.
