How much is the road tax for 1.5 Turbo? Roughly what is the damage for 18in tyre? What is the estimated maintenance cost for the 1.5 TC model?

After months of deliberation, looks like I'll be going for a CR-V as my next vehicle (TC-P model).

Appreciate if you guys have any good leads on Honda centres that offer good discounts/packages. So far, the only one I've been to (Tenaga Setia at PJ) is offering a RM6k to RM7k discount.

Any other centres can offer better deals? Thanks and appreciate it.

Received the car this afternoon. 2.0L, 2WD, Pearl White.

Took about three weeks to get the car.

How it drives? Don't know yet.

At casual inspection, a well put together car. Paintwork and cabin have a premium feel. The Android Auto is pretty cool.

As for the design, especially the rear, I think I'll learn to like it.

Btw, Pearl White paint is an additional RM 400.

Got my 2.0 Dark Olive last 2 weeks and last weekend I got the chance to drive in highway. Personally I don't feel any under-powered on this car. Steady driving at 140-150km/h. Perhaps the pickup might not be "that" good but overall a nice car to me.

Underpowered? Yes, if you just stepped out from driving a Nissan GTR. But it will be powerful if you just stepped up from a Perodua Axia. All things are relative.

Don't just read reviews and compare numbers. Of course 100 hp is always greater than 95. Road testers have their own bias and preferences too.

The best thing is do the Pepsi test when you go for a test drive. Don't compare numbers or read any reviews or brochures. Just drive the damn thing and see how you feel about it. Don't you trust yourself?

Btw, my other car is a 2016 Mazda CX5 2.5 GLS. So, there is comparison.

Power is adequate but there won't be any quick take-offs.

Suspension is soft for comfort bias obviously. Body roll is prominent. So, the feel, steer and handling is typically Japanese. The CX5 wins in this department.

I think I have to change my opinion on CVTs. The one in the CR-V is refine and positive.

The cabin and boot are huge compared to, say, the CX5.

I have not build up enough mileage to give a more accurate reading on the fuel consumption.

FYI, I opted for Ecotint.

Honda are giving a 5 year tint warranty and you can include the tint in your vehicle price. Also, didn't want the hassle of having to driving the car to the tint shop, picking it up later, etc.

Ordered mine 1.5tc Silver and able to get it next week. got 7k for the discount 

getting my blue one this saturday...    hopefully all well....

Done the first one thousand kilometres service earlier today. Actually it is just an inspection. No parts or lubricant replaced.

Got the car, the engine have some kind of constant tick, tick sound..... like rotater hitting something.. very noticeable.. 
Besides that, during the car idle (in N or D) can feel the steering and dashboard slight vibrate,   anyone have this experience?

I didnt plan to install one, but i thought can get a cheap cheap one around Rm 30 ~ Rm 500?

He meant coating price. Not DVR/Dashcam.
