I believe Infinite plans supplementary lines not allowed.

I just skip the supplementary lines page and it's stuck.
btw, it allow you to choose the infinite for supplementary line, can choose from options.

All not near to town area give high speed. I guess Kluang town is congested already.

i think only congested in town area..

shit. going back to seremban hoping to get better speed. end up getting 8Mbps down,30Mbps up. shit digi.

i think digi is throttling speed based on tower basis. lesser tower, more people connected thus traffic shaping to digi infinite user. digi did count the data usage per tower..

in melaka is better. 30Mbps down, 30Mbps up.

gonna fire their customer service via call every day till they uncap the speed at the tower to my number

lets fire them thru call. lots of infinite 150 user speed improved after they fire kaw2 customer service thru call. all we need is patience to call them everyday. haha

my problem is that they are capping speed to my PC only for 5-10mbps...

on mobile via hotspot can get full speed 80-100mbps.

i didn't even use so much data roughly for 1 month i use like 300-500gb

have u tried to hotspot in other device/mifi?

i think this might be device related. using in my mifi e5573, to pc speed capped at 5Mbps.in e8372 can get full speed 30Mbps..

yeah i did try hotspot using my phone too still the same

Me too. Mine is transaction failure after keying in CC and TAC to apply for supplementary infinite plan under my principal postpaid number. After 4 failures, I just change my existing supplementary plan and now I am one of the infinite 150 users. Can't wait for my E5186 to arrive next week!!!

k some update I got myself a 88dBi antenna to use with my old e3372s-153 with rooted firmware and custom webUI so I can choose the LTE band, work perfect with my raspberry pi3 router that now have my openvpn enable for p2p

Every telco customer need to tarik much more internet signal, so that they could experience amazing internet surfing.

this is today my internet speed.

My ipad only able to get 3G signal...have't able to receive 4G signal. Same placed where i locate my modem.

just sold my modem. hopefully tomorrow will get my e5186 modem from courier..

experiencing sporadic drop to 3G and minute-long outages
