Is existing digi user and upgrade to this plan, about 1 year already. Any different between new subcriber and existing user? I've try put her car to my phone, also slow. We try at same place, mine (ambassador) done download 1.4gb file within 10 mins but her 1 only 15%.

I'm near to PJ SS2. Well, users density also plays a role. My area doesn't have many Digi users I think.

How to check if my area is congested? Im using i100. When using speedtest app from ookla, my speed shown is a stable 10Mbps. But when i try to download something e.g. from gdrive or update app from Playstore, my actual speed is around 3Mbps. 1 am onward seems fine. Is it a sign of congestion?

Nope, as far as I know only this model of router works with Digi Infinite VoLTE , at least the connection will not fall back to 3G when using the phone.
