Have been using Infinite 150 plan for few months now. Seems getting more stable day by day...
just wondering, how come there are no alternative plan from other telcos to challenge digi on this? not even umobile or webe comes close... maxis and celcom worst, chicken out
Looks like digi's infinite 150 is going up 1 level to fight fiber plans...instead.

NO need antenna, i tested B525s with and with antenna, find that the internal antenna is better than external one. Internal antenna even works well indoor.
Best combo is i150 + B525s-65a ... make sure you don't buy the cheaper model that doesn't support full CA 4G+ (2600/1800/900)

you should never propose that, Digi need to put in extra capacity to support the many customers willing to pay rm150 monthly to join the digi family. SHOULD NOT & NEVER do cutting the plan and lower the speed. if cutting the speed, then many people to leave digi and go for fiberline, maxis or unifi fiber is cheaper now compared to digi i150... e.g. maxis 30mbps fiber is only rm139... unlimited data DL/UL.
Digi knows that the i150 plan is targeted at fiberline customers to convert, since digi don't have fiber customers.

YES, going fiber is better and cheaper, but some would prefer mobility compared to fixed fiber. Like me i bring my digi i150 outside put in a MIFI for traveling and flexibility...
i150 plan by digi is a BIG game changer to challenge the fiberline customers to convert to mobile internet, esp those who not always stay at home, so can bring out their internet with them...

I would say DiGi is very daring and doing a GOOD JOB by this i150... a REAL solid plan to lead others to follow...

Well many people want unlimited internet + mobility. Imagine with 5G coming soon... i believe highspeed internet will be mobile for all to use anywhere anytime . So Digi is way ahead of the 2 coward big boys Maxis and Celcom... no daring to improve their network to support their customers...

i would say you should move forward, ask digi to improve rather than cut off benefits and move backwards...

but capped unlimited to 200GB is big NO NO... then don't advertise is truly infinite unlimited....
in fact now digi is a little but NOT unlimited by having a 1TB capped under FUP... for i150
BTW 1TB data capped is still a VERY good PLAN from digi

i fully agree... instead Digi should work hard to provide better capacity to fullfill all their promises. NOT NOT cut it lower, its moving backwards mentality for some people...
The i150 plan is a GOOD plan... work on it and Maxis and Celcom will follow soon. DIGI is no.1 leader now in 4G... so DIGI should lead the way

anyway you mention watching Netflix or iflix... 400GB is not enough...esp iflix/youtube/Netflix in HD videos...

YUP, i FULLY agree... 400GB is NEVER enough for watching videos...

in KL/PJ speed is also OK around 30mbps... which is good enough for 4x screen of HD videos...

YES, this model is also OK. But full proof model is the 65a model that support almost all freq. including webe, Yes and etc.

YES, i agree i150 can do much more than fiber, that's why it is a better deal to get i150 than fiber, especially for those area with streamyx only.

Buy a nice huawei router with RJ11 phone support, you can call and sms as well.

Put in a MIFI you have your internet on-the-go...

you notice that ookla speedtest is not stable, sometimes its faster depending on which server you choose. not necessary fastest with digi server. go test it out with others server like... like maxis, setia haruman & etc... all showing different top speed.

Also testing speedtest ookla using the traditional FLASH version give you higher top speed. check it out...
But you need to activate flash in your browser.

yes, maxis 4g+ is also very fast. but too bad no unlimited like i150. Maxis is too scared to improve and provide better services to their customers.

yeah... 65GB from Maxis , for some can finish in 1 or 2 days... that's why Maxis is worried now, that they cannot catchup with Digi.

Digi would have all the knowledge of handling high data users and congestion and their network design will be most advanced to pick up 5G tech when its here...
