pikacu: That's a retail Vista Home Basic

For the price, you can check the price list here
http://www.softwareexchange.com.sg/my/pricelist.pdf

I doubt Vista Home Basic is a popular choice among buyers because of its relatively scaled-down functionalities

I wonder why vista got so much restriction. It like a small kid OS. Many things inside winXP has taken out. I can't do much thing. Internet browsing with Vista sucks big time. I can't do online payment with maxis, i can't reply mail in outlook web server.

Yes, there is such thing but ofcourse it was not OEM version. If I'm not mistaken, there sell at 5 licenses, 10 licenses, etc. This is usually use by corporate users.
