QUOTE(khainiz94 @ Aug 17 2017, 09:00 PM) Previously it was hard to get even 20 Mbps. Now with the new 15 MHz allocation, it is way faster than before. Below is the speedtest done tonight. In the morning can get higher than that. So keep up the good work Digi and do keep improving the coverage in blind spots also. Which part of Seremban? I wonder if Rasah Kemayan has... However, the speed in RK is already decent enough all this while. |

Don’t know whether that place is upgraded or not. Maybe if you go back later can test. And usually during peak times previously in my area even 10 Mbps is hard to reach This post has been edited by khainiz94: Aug 17 2017, 09:08 PM |

RK still can get 30Mbps most of the time and sometimes up to 50Mbps. Hopefully it's faster now. And usually during peak times previously in my area even 10 Mbps is hard to reach |

I just ported in to Digi Prepaid recently. Just want to ask can I topup the credit to the digi number to extend the validity before it expires ?
According to Digi CSO, it has to be topped up on the day of expiry to extend the validity. |

QUOTE(kit2 @ Aug 18 2017, 02:03 PM) just like your previous telco, there is nothing stopping you from topping up anytime before your number is terminated. The digi CSO said differently. She told me that the credit balance validity will only be extended when reload is done on the expiry day itself. Otherwise no.For example, credit balance expires on 1st September. I can only reload on 1st September to extend the validity. Otherwise it is just increase the balance and expiry date remains same |

Otherwise no. you probably misheard or misunderstood. bad english perhaps? she could be trying to teach you to maximize the benefit of credit validity gained from topping up on the last day because credit validity doesnt accumulate. For example, credit balance expires on 1st September. I can only reload on 1st September to extend the validity. Otherwise it is just increase the balance and expiry date remains same most, if not all telcos in malaysia work the same. i usually topped up many days or weeks into the grace period. i hope this is not the first time you are using prepaid. |

XOX does accumulate credit validity, tested from my dad's SIM. I think probably only they have this, the rest no, all don't accumulate.most, if not all telcos in malaysia work the same. i usually topped up many days or weeks into the grace period. i hope this is not the first time you are using prepaid. |

I think probably only they have this, the rest no, all don't accumulate. yes, only xox. xox has a different business model. most telcos harvest prepaid revenue by restricting credit validity and forcing you to topup. with every rm1 of topup giving you 1 day, the telco can guarantee a revenue of rm30 per month from you keeping your number active alone.xox doesn't mind giving you more validity but focuses on making money by enticing you to prepay in large amount with their seasonpasses This post has been edited by kit2: Aug 18 2017, 02:50 PM |
