Why suddenly my hotspot option get disabled and need to contact DiGi?

Anybody have experience about this Free GBoost if sign-up online for DiGi Postpaid 80?
Is it one-off (meaning only 1st month) or monthly price is fixed at RM80 for 30 GB (20GB All-day + 10GB extra)
