I am going to import some tools from State

Either this:
http://www.homedepot.com/p/Ryobi-18-Volt-O...ustomer_reviews

or

http://www.homedepot.com/p/DEWALT-20-Volt-...40391/302574373

Cant decide yet, need to get an 240v compatible charger.

Getting 220v to 110v transformer in Malaysia is easy.
How much is the transport from USA to Malaysia? Gonna costs a big bomb if you buy the ryobi set.

6 cordless DIY tools for RM1.2k, that really really cheap.

that's VERY cheap for the ryobi set

but i dont think you can bring this in since it contains li-ion battery

new regulations doesnt allow you to use air freight to ship li ion batteries

i tried a few time liao. maybe you could use slower sea shipping, which should be cheaper too

Until now I still can't find any online forwarder that can do sea shipping.
Those ezbuy etc only do air freight from USA which costs a bomb.

*coz I am interested in Dewalt's cordless table saw*

I still got friends and relatives from states, usually i use forwarder like comgateway, cost few hundred more but still cheaper than buying locally. Comgateway ship Batteries over using DHL so no issue to me.

If i can save a little more shipping to SG as their shipping cost to that place is cheaper compare to malaysia and no tax below 400 sgd.

currently i just have a cordless driver, corded angle cutter, orbital sander and a compressor for paint.

wanted an circular saw for some diy wood work. cordless angle cutter will drain the battery very fast maybe not a good investment.

maybe just get the 3 pieces combo for 199

Interesting if they can ship battery. Would like to try. If combine shipping cost cheaper than here.

Still very expensive compare individual shipping way.

If you have friend and relative, why not ask them to look for you at homedepot. Give them the picture what you want. Than ship back here.

Sometime dirt cheap at the store.
