QUOTE(yushin @ Jun 3 2017, 10:51 PM) TBH this year I don't see any high value general use voucher from lazada anymore. the shopee voucher can only be used to buy from that one particular sellerThat Rm50/60 shopee bosch voucher is the one that consider as high value but with those markup now... Actually is higher markup or the cost of new stock become higher? some of his stuff are expensive some are downright cheap - like the l-boxxes, he is selling well below MSRP / other people some random sellers also sell tools wayy below other people's low prices, example this: https://shopee.com.my/BOSCH-GWS-18-V-LI-Cor...30775.255142553 RM470 only, no need voucher or anything the nearest competitor sells for rm 530+, and trust me, i've been monitoring the grinder prices for almost 4 months liao. next in list would be another drill driver (i have 4 liao), but this time will be an impact driver |

QUOTE(old newspaper @ Jun 4 2017, 12:36 AM) lol....good observation chisel was hidden somewhere inside others tool box...quite sometime didn't use it since i have the multi tool... for a general worker, your tools are kinda squeaky clean i don't do that much woodworking actually...basically i'm just like a general worker...jack of all trade, master of none... mine, especially the drill hammers are full of concrete dust and silicone grease at the sds port and bruise marks on drill drivers, as i sometimes tend to use the drills as hammers. LOL |

I was browsing mindlessly through makita's claim of having the widest 18v tools variety in the market
now i understand how they market it 18V coffee maker!???!!! : http://www.makita.my/products/dcm500-18v-c...s-coffee-maker/ LOL... that's something that i might really need. damn.. and i'm stuck on bosch 18v system now although there are some genuinely interesting 18v tools they have. like this 18v vacuum pump http://www.makita.my/products/dvp180-cordless-vacuum-pump/ which would be handy for one to recharge refrigerant... but with 18v batteries, i doubt it can last the 20 - 24 hours time it takes to vacuum out 500+kg of refrigerant from a 600ton chiller. removing insulated jacketing from chilled water pipes. very convenient & fast, though a bit bulky
4.0ah battery empties quite fast. i only managed to take out about 30 - 40 ft of cladding before the batt runs low. on a cutting disc. verdict: a bit heavy, a bit big, easy to use, quick stop after grind, and no cable clutter |
