QUOTE(old newspaper @ Nov 11 2017, 10:18 AM) i only keep 2 set. others giveaway as house warming gift this is so easy, mark all the holes with grid like pattern to your letter/font, using small drill bit, predrill the holes with drill press . then drive in the screws.same here...the first time using it, almost twist my hand as i didn't expect it to be that stiff.. need to hold it firm when using it and really need to get used to it, if not will either get the hand twisted or damage the screw...even the gun type will twist hand two if not holding it firm... for guy usually no issue on this, our wrist are strong enough to handle it...but if a girl using it, need to be very careful...even with the gun type this type is very good if you have a project like this...which i'm in the midst of preparing for my new home ![]() you free hand use cordless drill and no predrill, some of your screws gonna end up senget after 100-200items or worse, split the wood surface in some areas This post has been edited by ar188: Nov 11 2017, 12:31 PM |

My haul from tmall today
1) The screw driver has very small gap, useful to screw those ikea furniture that has screw hole very near to the shelf and wall. 2) Get a cheap 18v grass cutter to cut my small patch of garden. total damage in RMB : 99 + 358 = 457 yuan. about rm 300. Need to wait 1 month for it to arrive, zzzz.... |

gais, anyone knows where to get those heavy duty dolly / hand truck?
the very low height one with steel rollers looks something like this ![]() BUT DEFINITELY NOT THIS (this is more like gimmick) ![]() the purpose is for me to move some heavy crates (200 - 300kg). i can at most lift up the crates a bit using crowbars. previously using the very rough methos of 2" GI pipes as rollers. a bit hard to manouvre or any idea to fabricate myself? Those the picture can move more than a ton weight. Mainly use by mover. You can check your side those mover company. If you want DIY, not difficult either. A 10mm plate, and some low type roller caster will do. |

QUOTE(ozak @ Nov 12 2017, 10:52 AM) I see before some shop here. I can't recall where is it. And some 2nd hand/scarp shop also got. the problem with DIY is the castors. they only have nylon castors, and the smallest are 40mm diamater, which, added to the stem length, some welds and cross bars, would end up at 60mm heightThose the picture can move more than a ton weight.
