( non ec bulldog pricing with 2 x 18v 3.0ah + charger is so so damn attractive  , below 1k )

bosch sometime make bold claim say brushed motor better than brushless - this can be seen on their angle grinder offering

even claim 4-pole brushed motor for superior power 

can it cut metal sheets? i need a power tool to replace tin snips, which is kinda tiring to use after a while
