Well MVV sure impacts if there's change in N9

Oh is it?. Im sorry, I may have missed out on that one. Nevertheless, HSR is a good development and infrastructure project for the nation. Dont think they will scrap it off without thinking.

I guess the bigger challenge is how Metrix develops BSS itself (e.g. hospital player to replace the Taiwanese hospital player, attracting buyers/investors from Klang Valley to BSS and etc)

It will be interesting to learn from others in here of their thoughts and feedback.

That's for sure...

The Fed won't change.. Only the composition in the parliament would change... With the current one holding less seats..

And few more states changes hand.. That's all..

So don't worry about HSR, MRT or ECRL πŸ’ͺ

Yeah, agreed with u! Espcially HSR, it’s must be on track as dun forget one belt, one road. HSR play an important roles on that

Anybody know what project they are gonna build near simpang jalan kayu ara there? i saw ongoing earthworks..is it the private hospital?

JV is already cancel with taiwanese hospital because of christian issue, they are in the process to find new operator to JV, but in the same time they still proceed to build the infra for hospital

What infrastructure they are building without the hospital? Normally people build building 1st, then only local infra.
Maybe they mean preparation of main infra works to sendayan inclusive plot of land for hospital. Not local infra for hospital.
