Hi all sifus here, what ur guys thinking about this government policy? In future may not have new shopping mall as they will stop give approval or license. What about our new icon park shopping mall in bss? Sorry guys as so far me saw in chinese version only. Who has this news in english version may share here to our non-chinese friends

No more shopping mall is allowed?, what is the reason. so pity lah BSS. S2 got many shopping mall and will increase their property value, but BSS not even have single shopping mall yet, since KipMart no news already

But news also mentioned for those already approved woudnt not affected. Wonder what about icon park has been approved or not. Btw, government policy alway pusing there pusing here😂😂

For the time being, get more people to live in BSS is more important than having Icon Park, btw Matrix 2Q result out this evening profit increase despite lower revenue, unbilled sales RM1.1 billion.

Icon Park only in dreaming stage, not even seeking approval stage, i think lah hehe. Hospital maybe just one that got approval in Icon Park. But this freeze only temporary, just to wait a bit longer for shopping mall

Logically i think if the area got a few shopping mall it will attract more people to buy house and attract more people to stay here

On 30 August 2017, the Company had announced that the Company and Changhua Christian Hospital, Republic of China (Taiwan) had mutually agreed to extend the MOU for a period of a further 6 months until 28 February 2018.

As at the date of this announcement (23/11/2017) , the relevant reviews and feasibility studies for the construction
and development of Matrix Global Specialist Centre is being conducted. Upon establishment, Matrix Global Specialist Centre shall be the first hospital to be built in Bandar Sri Sendayan, to cater for the current population of more than 30,000 residents with a future target of more than 120,000 by 2022.

I think BSS is model after Bandar Utama, Matrix should follow the success formula of this township.

Bandar Utama Damansara is an affluent residential township located within the Damansara subdivision of the Petaling District, Selangor, Malaysia. It is a residential suburb and home to the popular 1 Utama Shopping Centre.

City status or not doesn't matter to me, what matter is what have been done by Federal/state government since Malaysia Vision Valley was announced few months ago, anyone can update us here.

There is no dedicated website for MVV like what Iskandar Malaysia, the rakyat has no idea what has been achieved so far, no additiona l/specific tax incentive to encourage more biz to set up in MVV..
