Is it magnetic levitation technology as what ve been used in highspeed train such as bullet train?

I’m worried more on the environmental effect such as noise.. and those elements will affect resale value of property along the track.

I believe acoustic fence and other tools will be built along the track to mitigate the noise pollution as shown in video below.
