Im pretty sure those that bought their properties over there wasn't due to the agent's skirt. Guess you had a hard time concentrating or thinking wisely with the agent around you - you should be ashamed for passing such comments over a person's dressing.

Yeah i am sure that all those sendayan buyers had their justification.. no doubt..
But the way agent trying to secure buyer by telling it just 5km from KLIA & no issue on accessibility is not right at all.. it makes innocent buyer may fall into their prey.. so my advise to potential buyer is to do your own research before buying.. not only bss but all other projects..

Never trust agent 100% & hypnotize by their short skirt.. must do your own due dilligence..
Yea I noticed their dressing. A bit too revealing for a sales agent. At times I even wonder how come their bosses allow that. You can find them all over Sendayan Metropark and Petron.
Few months ago before βdaruratβ I had some friends over for drinks at the kopitiam near Metropark, my friends were like how come got so many βGR*β here.

The exit they are mentioning about is from Kellogs Enstek which is under construction. It has nothing to do with MEX. Just a new excess road to Pajam (LEKAS). Will take another 3yrs to complete. And yes its at least 25km to KLIA from Tiara Sendayan. 4.7km is bs.

Hi Newbies here. I've heard many negative news about BSS here. I got called by few of their property agent since I'm looking for houses near Putrajaya area with access link into KL and they keep telling me about access into the new Mex II highway which ended up in KLIA. I did my own research and found out that BSS is located about 20KM away from KLIA
So I went to BSS to see their house and I got to admit the price and quality is reasonably fair considering the build up but my main issue is the location is seems too far from what their agent keep telling. The agent that attend to me even said that the house she offered to me which is Tiara Sendayan is just 4.7 km away from the new Mex II interchange which doubt it even the if it has the slightest truth. But somehow the agent keep convincing me the accessibility is no issue here and many of buyers are working in KL and like being hypnotized, end up paying 1K deposit
Now i regret my decision and think of how to pull out from the deal. I rather lost 1K than ended up suffer in the long run.
Any opinion whether should I proceed with the deal?

Anymore complaint from different development at Bandar Sri Sendayan? Looking into Ayana @ Tiara Sendayan at the moment. Route to KL via SKLIA - MEX II - MEX around 70km.
