Design quite nice. Specs acceptable at given price ( quite pricey lol) . yeah called township, but all i see is more house house house. some more old units was known to have poor workmanship ( leaking , low quality paint and etc ). since crisantha fairly new, i hope theres improvement in quality. i just booked one sigh. hope made the right choice haha

I am really interested in their project. I should pay for booking next week. Now with all these comments made me worried. Buying my first house actually so you can imagine how much exp I had. Now I hesitate to proceed. This is why listings of 2200-3000 sqft subsales here only got < 600k price tag and even cheaper than new under con projects. 😭

To add. My wife and I work from home most of the time (compulsory one day in office in Bangsar & Damansara). The distance is not a big problem for us (I think). But what I am afraid of the most are the quality of the house, fake promises, and the development of this area. My judgment is now biased toward the comments here. Not sure if I should proceed or not.

With the reopening of sectors and return to office for many. Travel time to KL from seremban has become worse. Easily add another 30mins or more each way. With the expected increase of fuel price soon, you might want to rethink the idea of live in seremban and work in KL. A lot are facing burnout lately due to this. 2yrs of work from home honeymoon is no longer in question. Unless you are going to work till retirement with your current company under the 1 day work at office terms then you will be ok. Otherwise you are just limiting your career options by living far away from employment opportunities should you plan to switch careers someday.

It's not easy to flip properties in sendayan if you decide different career move in the future. Subsale units are under heavy price pressure due to massive discount from new units.

Thank you all for the comments. I have cancelled the plan. And decided to just buy a condo here in Bangsar area. I think it is a good idea in case we need to move away from here, can use the unit as investment thru rental etc.
