BSS got roads extension toward Mambau, Ensteks, Tanah Merah as well as connect to the proposed SKLIA. BRT also will pass by BSS.

Being close to Parcel 2 and Parcel 5 of Heartbeat projects defiantely will be beneficial to BSS.

SEREMBAN: Matrix Concepts Holdings Bhd plans to build a central business district covering 46ha in its Bandar Sri Sendayan (BSS) township near Seremban which will have a gross development value of RM4bil.

The one cross the road from tudm is new housing project replacing PPA1M and the one next to tudm is the site for icon park/ hospital.

Hijayu Aman 37 acres land 360 DST (change from 251 units DST + 109 SST initially) @ GDV RM115.2m average RM320,000 per house, 9.72 units per acres considered low density.

The land span from Sri Maha mariamman temple to SKJT.

if correct BSS boundary will become bigger

hopefully low cost apartment to encourage more people to stay in sendayan, i know factory worker who stay as far as kuala pilah/rembau because the rent here is too expensive

so it's confirmed that current govt have cancelled most of the previous govt project, i guess the sports centre in gadong also got cancelled, no construction till now

New highway connected Sendayan Tech area with the EKA Matahari was almost completed. But I can’t see any building developed by government/matrix so far.

yup..now i'm regetting alot not getting the rasah kemayan bungalow lot houses were dirt cheap back then...
