Sime Darby as the main developer in MVV2.0 for sure only push for their own land, they won't advertise for Sendayan.

Parcel A is high tech park built along NS Highway near by KTM Labu while Parcel B most probably covered part of Sendayan may be Kiara Sendayan or Tiara Sendayan just my two cents.

Yup not only BSS but S2 will benefit too, I believe 3 largest developers (SD, IJM and MCHB) in Seremban West will make this place very happening later.

After Nilai-Labu-Enstek completed in 2021, hopefully not long after Sendayan-Site A will be done too.

I think BSS will become like Putrajaya. Focusing on administration instead of industry & factory.

Putrajaya is exclusive area & well-planned township. Having all facilities like hospital, public transportation hub, good road networks etc..

BSS = state admin center + spillover effect from MVV 

Yup, the sendayan icon park @ CBD should attract services-based business like banking & hospitality to operate there. And if not mistaken, reserve land has been allocated for new state administration.

Floorplan of matrix dst projects is 99% similar. U can check latest like suriaman & ara sendayan.

In the same time matrix has a plan to build apartment nearby SKJT. Currently open for early registration.

SEREMBAN: Pangkalan Udara (PU) Sendayan dekat sini yang dijangka beroperasi tahun depan, turut memerlukan balai polis berdekatan dinaik taraf.

Timbalan Ketua Polis Negeri Sembilan, Senior Asisten Komisioner Muhamad Zaki Harun, berkata PU Sendayan yang terletak di Bandar Sri Sendayan, adalah di bawah pentadbiran Balai Polis Mambau.

Katanya, penduduk bandar itu yang kini mencecah kira-kira 20,000 orang, dijangka bertambah apabila lebih 2,000 anggota Tentera Udara Diraja Malaysia (TUDM) dan keluarga berpindah ke PU Sendayan.

"Kita harap Balai Polis Mambau yang kini adalah gred D dapat ditingkatkan ke B atau sekurang-kurangnya gred C tahun depan," katanya pada sidang media selepas merasmikan majlis penutup Program Hari Sukan Dua Penjuru di sini, hari ini.

Program disertai anggota polis dari Ibu Pejabat Polis Daerah (IPD) Seremban dan kakitangan Matrix Concepts Holdings Berhad (Matrix Concepts).

Yang turut hadir, Ketua Polis Daerah Seremban, Asisten Komisioner Thiew Hock Poh dan Pengarah Urusan Kumpulan Matrix Concepts, Datuk Lee Tian Hock.

Muhamad Zaki berkata, kertas kerja menaik taraf Balai Polis Mambau sudah dihantar ke Bukit Aman akhir tahun lalu, diikuti lawatan pegawai kanan Polis Diraja Malaysia (PDRM) baru-baru ini, untuk memeriksa kawasan berkenaan.

Katanya, kenaikan taraf itu penting kerana membolehkan pertambahan anggota dan kelengkapan lain, sekali gus membolehkan polis meningkatkan tahap perkhidmatan kepada masyarakat.

Selain itu, katanya Matrix Concepts yang memajukan Bandar Sri Sendayan, memperuntukkan kawasan seluas kira-kira 2.02 hektar di Jalan Kayu Ara di sini, untuk pembinaan Balai Polis Mambau yang baharu dan perkara ini akan dikemukakan kepada Bukit Aman untuk pertimbangan.

Yeah. I heard the same thing from Matrix agent as well. He told me that they'll develop Merchant Square the same as the one in Aeon Seremban where one shopping mall surrounded with shoplots.

Initially they want to build a hypermarket if I'm not mistaken. But they cancel it because shopping mall is more attractive and convenient for BSS communities.
