Thats why i not understand, why matrix concept want to build hospital, service residents, shoopping mall, and water themepark (In IconPark) in the last phase of BSS. Just my opinion i think not very good business strategy

DTempat Club house is private, it is not for public, only to members of the club only. But the public one is in XPark in front of the club, but no football or badminton court

Actually grill is to protect from inner unexpected robber even though our house are gated and guarded, because there will be a few owner will rent the house to industrial workers. Powder coating is not necessary, its only nice to have but i think normal grill is good enough to protect our house in gated and guarded environment.

The trend nowdays untinted windows unless necessary, thick curtains should be enough.
