Actually, the RK residence has reason not to connect the road from Ara sendayan to RK. Before Matrix bought over the land, the old plan showed the road was actually normal/small road at housing area. But now, it seems to be upgraded to become main road to connect S2 and sendayan.

There is not much space to widen the road.

This is actually very bad planning by connecting the road.

Anyway, maybe in future, all the bungalows along the road can be converted to shop lots.

Yeah, when you see the renovation of their houses from outside, you already know they are rich people. That is why they are easily become the target.

Hmmmm...The completed shoplot at Merchant Square still not fully occupied. It takes a lot of time to make that area like Seremban 2. I think the population growth was very bad in BSS. Matrix have to do something to attract the investor like McDonald/Giant/KIP Mart come to BSS and attract the people live in BSS.

Then what u thinks is good strategy for BSS?

Yeah i remember damansara initially already have the curve, ikea and first phase of one utama. Sendayan only have a lot of factory, haha. I dont know which part of sendayan is same like damansara, just matrix strategy to push up price but just all talk.

I remember sendayan official website last time have a tagline of ‘damansara of seremban’. I think many get cheated by that tagline.

I do not see any public sport center in Sendayan except in the club.

Started our morning with a networking breakfast together with Menteri Besar of Negeri Sembilan, Investment Exco of Negeri Sembilan, MVV Secretariat, Nsic Wisma Negeri, the potential investors and other related agencies. The session followed by the briefings and site visits to Parcel A of MVV and Sendayan.

DUN Rantau is a mixed seat with Malay about 54% and non-
Malay 46%, this is a typical winnable seat for PKR if their opponent is not Tok Mat.

This is interesting to see how the voters will make their choice after 10 months of underperformance of PH and the recent marriage of UMNO-PAS.

During this by-election DUN Rantau especially BSS is the centre of attention for the whole country, good promotion for the township.

KUALA LUMPUR: Seremban-based property developer, Matrix Concepts Holdings Bhd, ended financial year 2018 (FY18) on a high note and expects to at least match that performance this financial year ending March 31, 2019 (FY19) while also targeting sales of RM1.2 billion.

Net profit for FY18 rose by 14.3% year-on-year (y-o-y) to RM211.83 million, while revenue grew 4.8% y-o-y to RM812.29 million.

The group has already achieved RM1.14 billion in sales for the cumulative nine months ended Dec 31, 2018 (9MFY19).

Matrix recently acquired another 200 acres in Bandar Sri Sendayan, Seremban and expects the transaction to be completed by May. It is also looking to acquire another 600 acres nearby.

The Board of Directors of Matrix Concepts Holdings Berhad wishes to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, BSS Development Sdn Bhd,  has between the period of 28 June 2017 to 4 August 2017, entered into separate Sale and Purchase Agreement with indivdual land owners or their Adminstrators to acquire 21 parcels of vacant agriculture land held under separate titles situated in Mukim Jimah, Daerah Port Dickson, Negeri Sembilan Darul Khusus measuring in total, approximately 53.43 hectares for an aggregated cash consideration of RM56,993,678.
