Anyone here is experiencing bad call experience? i am a long loyal user of celcom postpaid plan. The call experience has been really BAD lately for the past 1 to 2 months. Keep disconnecting from voice calls, 0 bar inside my house (normally will get 1 to 2 bars)

Just received VOLTE sms today on xpax prepaid.. Hopefully call issues is gone.

Anyone activated/ MNP to XPAX very recently? Is VoLTE immediately activated or by batch?

Ever since the switch to VoLTE my call quality has been really terrible even though I have full bars. I called customer service they said try switching to a newer SIM card since mine is about 6 years old. Do you think that will solve the issue or is Celcom VoLTE implementation just really bad?
