Just now bought Xpax prepaid for emergency purposes for my dad 4G signal in indoor better than maxshit where always stay in 3G but 3G celcom in Klang discontinued I guess I stay in Taman Sri Andalas. Connecting calls taking 6 to 12 seconds still test more. Sadly Celcom stubborn about poor prepaid customers not enabling Volte such a shame

My 2 months old prepaid Xpax gets VoLTE after contacting Celcom customers services

Hey guys I'm using Celcom Xpax Postpaid 40 5G plan on S21 ultra why I can't able to connect 5G? I doubt might be coverage but at same area Digi can connect 5G.
Is that I need contact Celcom service to activate? |
