if you are in 4G area, try to make a phone call..

If celcom signal from LTE drop to H+, then it is not VoLTE enabled.. of course it is also depending on your phone setting.. make sure enable VoLTE before your try..

or you could check on your phone dialer, it will show an icon "HD" if it is VoLTE phone call.

If thinking about hotspot, forget Celcom/Xpax...

Go for either "webe P1" PRE-paid or DUP35... but since U edy knew the "webe P1" performance at ur location, DUP35 is ur next experiment...

1. Does it allow users to download torrents using the hotspot? I hv a work line with Maxis and they block torrents.
