Probably got served by a newbie staff handling Twitter CS, cuz she didn't even ask for my personal info which they need to verify for my account and to enable VoLTE from their side.

But then what she did was asking bunch of generic questions and copy pasting FAQ as if I don't know how to enable VoLTE settings on my phone lol, she also tried to ignore my questions and kept me waiting for like almost 30 mins until I asked further whether if I should provide more info in order to activate it, then she responded with a stupid answer like "We would like to know whether if you enabled VoLTE setting on your phone" when I already made it clear. After that, I straight ignored, just fed up lol.

Kudos to the CS via the phone though, at least she was professional enough and forwarded to the technical team as soon as she done all the verification process. biggrin.gif

Btw, I think tech sites like LYN or Soyacincau should call out these telcos for making something simple become so complicated lol, VoLTE is supposed to be seamless and works right after you insert the SIM card, it's not even "exclusive".  dry.gif

Must be some 'intern' at work (from home)... huhu

Yah, VoLTE is there for a long time, they should just enable it without any term & condition.

My spare Unifi Mobile line - on VoLTE long time ago, no need to 'beg' whistling.gif

Opensignal: U Mobile, Digi biggest losers; Celcom clear winner when it comes to subscribers during the MCO
https://www.soyacincau.com/2021/02/10/opens...during-the-mco/

"Among all telcos in the country, Celcom has the highest 4G availability and coverage in Malaysia while Maxis offers the highest download speeds.

"Opensignal also found most leavers experiencing lower 4G availability which is more apparent in rural areas. As we all know, mobile connectivity is crucial during the MCO as most Malaysians go online for work and learning. It is not surprising that poor coverage has driven users to switch to other providers that could offer a better experience."

thus since Celcom has the widest 4G availability and coverage in Malaysia. They Gain sweat.gif thumbsup.gif

As for me, clearer voice call using VoLTE compared to plain old 3G. Maybe phone factor. Better analogue to digital conversion, perhaps.  whistling.gif

And can use mobile internet while talking.

you just need to chat with celcom on fb. simple as that.

here's my poor experience with volte: voice gets lots of interference (like having poor signal) in certain areas. never had such problem if drop to 3G. i guess i'll just prefer 3G instead of 4G volte for voice call.

How can something be a uturn if it is a 50/50 decision?

Also, please state your sources

At least lurkingaround comments with sources, meaning he/she is much more reliable than you two "elite" and "all stars"
