Can't test it since my current RM38/48GB still active. I was hoping someone did subscribe the new package by now and test it out.
FYIAveraged at 15GB/day...

Celcom never says anything about the FUP Limit... so, their algorithm will detect accordingly for each individuals...In other words, the CUP35 FUP Limit is "varies" but not unlimited for sure...

That's why need to test whether we can be "patient" to live with 3Mbps or not... if cannot, then no choice need to look somewhere else...

If we use dual-SIM phone, we can know whether there is "jammer" activity or not.
If both SIMs have weak signals at the same spot and time, therefore, there is "jammer" activity for sure. But, if we found out only one SIM has weak signal while the other is stronger, jammer is not present. It could be due to many factors which is beyond our understanding at some point.... As shown below, both are from the same telco separated by 1 signal bar difference: This post has been edited by azhar75: Jun 14 2020, 04:03 PM |

QUOTE(destiny017 @ Jun 14 2020, 08:28 PM) Phone modem and antenna configuration does play a role in signal quality... It's Huawei Mate 10 Pro... So, we saw earlier post(s) that claim phone signal drop due to walls, jammer, cell tower being blocked, etc. So, the modem and antenna configuration inside the smartphone also play a role too...I put the other SIM into my old Galaxy Note5... take an elevator trip up and down and up and down...only Huawei Mate 10 Pro signal is connecting at HSDPA/Edge spectrum while Galaxy Note5 totally disconnected... It's the 4x4 MIMO for LTE design/tech that differentiate between smartphones signal quality:

QUOTE(sherman @ Jun 17 2020, 02:45 PM) Is there a way I can purchase the Celcom Unlimited Internet pass using my credit instead of paying via Boost, Debit card or online banking (only given options in the Celcom Life app)? Thanks! Huhhh....? We do have to subscribe to CUP35 using our credit balance. There is no other means AFAIK... We just need to topup/reload RM30 + RM5 for a total reload of RM35 and then just subscribe to CUP35... repeat the cycle on 31st day later...For topup/reload, can use any methods we prefer... As of now, Boost is the best because topup/reload via Boost get 10% cashback inside Boost later... This post has been edited by azhar75: Jun 17 2020, 03:33 PM |

But still not "stable" and kind of slow retrieving data from their database/system. Need more improvement...
Example : If we linked Boost account to Celcom Life, the amount inside Boost will be stated "next" or same row with our mobile number. At 1st glance, we tot our Celcom account has that credit amount. But that figure is actually for Boost balance. This post has been edited by azhar75: Jun 19 2020, 10:37 AM |
