not only on port out.

even on change rate plan, they will charge full commitment fee of the plan we are leaving in additiion to prorate of replacement plan.

so those who want to do so, please time it to happen in the last few days to your next postpaid bill period.

spare some time for contingency as most get it completed within 24hrs if gone through celcom's own counter, probably in 48hrs if via call center, and unreliable promises if via 3rd party dealers (the exclusive dealer I went to took ~4d just to start processing into system).

Anyone know why is it sometime I get offered 3GB for RM5 addon but when I tried to buy it it says the service tergendala or something. been trying for whole week now but to no avail. I'm on the old Magic SIM plan.

Guys, the new xpax free 10GB Basic 64kbps Internet and 10GB high speed for facebook. What about the social messaging like whatsapp and wechat? High speed or 64kbps speed?

Thanks alot. I just check the xpax website. Currently they are running promotion for raya celebration. the USSD code was *118*1*5*2#.
this is temporary offered package for high speed. After promotion end, the plan still remain offer for 10GB Basic Internet. i wonder why they celcom not putting the whatsapp and wechat together with facebook, since all these are same category as social messaging.

celcom.. when i ported out that time.. they didnt check properly my bill after 8-9months.. they say i still owe celcom RM80... haha they even send gangster type of customer service to call me day n night.. lodge a complain in their service centre.. until now do not have any feedback from celcom...

if u guys wanted to use celcom ... please think twice

they are debt collectors actually, hired by the telco. Not just celcom, maxis, digi and umobile is doing the same as well. Depending on the agencies, some like to harassed people by keep calling you days and night.

you can just ignore and make payment to the telco directly, if you are lucky you can get good discount for your outstanding bill. Usually these debt collector agencies will ask you to inform them after you made the payment, this to added to their commission in their invoice to the respective telcos or banks. In order to get that commission, they will try push you to the edge, mean that will include the rude manner.

same as maxis shit. most telco have billing problem........... moved to pre-paid .. i allready complain to skmm and pdpa. Those gov agency.. keep mouth shut as seem they have been paid so.

yup, pdpa is not really helping to protect, if I am not mistaken in ToS, if we agree to take their service, we are agreed to let them to 'share' our information. And this is true, if you're defaulting the payment to banks, telcos, financial institutions, the debt collector agencies will call you using your new numbers.

my problem was before... maxis/hotlink call me new number bought from celcom..While celcom denying they involve give the information new number to maxis/hotlink debtor agency.. I'm mad because when i used maxis/hotlink shit, their billing is totally horrible and spam a lot.. I think i report to PDPA to solve this issue.. but they only reply one thing
