My first impression having just jumped from Umobile: the line is stable and even on 3G the surf speed is commendable. Unlike Umobile where at night it will snail around, Celcom seems stable. Hope this can be consistent & I can remain on this line. 😁

did anyone experience this before? my bill cycle is 28th and I port out at 30th, but now celcom want charge me full month for 2 days usage

If celcom can. If other telco cant. If same telco they will reduce your next billing. Last time i had RM54 in prepaid and my change to postpaid. So it change to RM80(Postpaid)-RM54(prepaid)= RM26 ++ also have gst and service charge those .

Are u sure or not. Have you got the first bill yet? I ported recently, and the first month was prorated. Do call customer service and report the matter.

yes, you mean you port in to celcom? if port in to celcom first month is prorated, but be careful when you port out because the last month they will charge you full amount... damn celcom

Yup.. Since you port out aka termination.

Celcom t&c stated

What happens if I terminate my plan?
You will be charged 1 full month of your package value on top of your outstanding bill amount
