Hi TP-Link Malaysia,

There is a semi-faulty problem for the TL-MR6400 wireless 4G Router. It automatic disconnect internet connection after 1 or 2 hours.
At first, I though it is the network issued based on the telco service provider. But when I swap the simcard to another router, no issued at all and continue streaming the video and browsing the website more than 3 hours..

Got call to TP-Link Malaysia call center, request to me arrange postage direct to Plaza Lowyat there.
But TP-Link Malaysia can request pickup service from my doorstep here? (Just like asus have provide pickup service from customers)

By the way, I purchase from Lazada. But seems like don't want to take responsible for it and request me direct send to TP-Link service center.
How should I do? The packaging box is quite big one.
*
TP-Link only cover the return shipping unfortunately.

Hi guys,

For those that are having problems with TP-Link Archer C1200 random reboot, I recommend flashing the firmware with this older beta version:
C1200v1_eu-up-1.0.2 Build 20161128 rel.53072.zip

I browsed the TP-Link website forum and came across this information posted by a user (credits to Civic, whoever you may be).
So far, I have tried that beta firmware for a week and didn't come across any random reboots yet. Oh, and I can delete the System Log entries in this version. (unlike the current version where the System Log will display again even after deleting entries)

Source (TP-Link forum): Archer C1200 random auto reboots

if it is within 14 days purchased from Lazada, just claim defective for full refund and buy again. no need to go through so much trouble claim warranty.

Where did you ge it from? Maybe contact the seller on Lazada. Not Lazada themselves.

Ya, I got contact to the seller already.
They say arrange postage the faulty to their stores.

Haizz.. cry.gif I though it will be like asus service which will pickup service from customer's doorstep and delivery it to the service center.
And all the shipping cost will cover by that company itself.

Postage fee is not that bad. It is between RM10-RM15 as you say the box is quite big, and that is the standard price for PosLaju.

Just done for the postage.
I realize that their TP-Link email seems like nothing feedback at all.. already send out on this Monday 04/06/2018.
But until now nothing respond from them.

You have to call them. I called them and got a friendly guy, but you are right about their email being unresponsive. That’s really sad, as their products are not too bad, but support needs to be improved.

Hi guys, I just bought the TP Link Archer T9E Wifi Card. In device manager it shows the wifi card is working but it's not able to detect any available wifi connections at all. Upon searching online, it seems like this card does not work with Windows 10.

Anyone else using the same card? Please advise and verify.

It does work with Windows 10 now, as the new driver is released. Please check the official website here before commenting, and download the latest driver here: https://www.tp-link.com/my/download/Archer-T9E.html#Driver

It is definitely much better, Just update the firmware automatically and make sure you select the Unifi mode. HyppTV is on LAN1.

Very simple. I have the router and it has been very stable. Don’t bother using the IPv6 by the way.

My router occasionally reset to factory settings by itself. What could be the problem?

Symptoms :
1. All devices disconnected from wifi
2. Wifi ID you set previously no longer available but become TPlink-1111, TP-link-1112 etc
3. Need to login to tplinkwifi.net and set the whole thing again

Why?

Which model is this?

Certain model have a known issue to cause auto reset, send it to RMA.
