- from rm735psf (749SQFT) , 728psf (928 SQFT), 754psf (1030sqft) - last price i asked in 2019
- surrounding not so nice (ageing building around it) ... not a big road.. and not too busy most of the times.. peak hour also not too bad i guess.. I use this route daily from LDP to Subang Jaya around 6pm
- if u really take public transport as ur main transportation.. this 1 is better?
- nearby masjid
- Restricted Freehold (as mentioned by one of the forumer in the thread)
Sunway Serene
- Sunway serene lake! (panorama have access to nearby lake as well.. but this 1 development got its own lake.. so.. i like this)
- right infront of ldp
- nearby temple + masjid (based on google map)
- more expensive than panorama (i think so, please correct me if i am wrong.. never checked from any agent)
- leasehold, commercial
Points mentioned above can be +ve or -ve views based on what you are looking for .. just my main highlights on this 2 props.
As mentioned.. location wise.. it is almost the same.. my main consideration for Panorama is because of the distance to LRT.
For Serene, my consideration for this project will be developed by Sunway.. and got its own lake right next to it..
