Why is this so called rebate still included into final SPA price and not discounted immediately from the final price?

SA didn't give a good answer but it's like additional money for the buyer wtf

isn't this a common practice? they don't give u all the rebate, its like 10% for first payment and another 5% for next stage and so on

sales seems to start picking up after the serene go-cart opened (which means another phase will be there)

Yeah I guess it's common lately , but I prefer outright discount...which means some ppl don't need to loan the full amount (although it's given back to you as rebates)

Any Sunway buyer before? Visited show unit today. They did have bare unit and reno unit (buy, they build in all, u move in to stay) . Usually I don prefer those fully furnished by developer as they will not give you good quality work/furniture. But the cost all will factor in and hike up the price. Since this is well known developer, and they do offer diff package for furnish unit. Will it a good buy?

Tower A seem like 90% sold. Tower B still have quite plenty. Current offer is 20%, (10+7+3)....I jus looking at low floor like 12th floor, price per sqft is ord 1k per sqft....seriously quite crazy pricing....

sunway usually not cheap but their workmanship is ok and quite reliable...

also the factored in the future pricing..given the fact that WD factory is closing down i think they increased the price abit for tower b...the area seems to be more appealing now...

if sunway manage to get the land there might be another few more phases to go as they already acquire the land next to WD...which is the current sunway serene go cart location.

The launching price is 732K for a leasehold project.. very expensive..
But the maintenance fee is only 0.26/sqft (including sinking fund)... rclxms.gif

Maintenance is not fixed. Usually will increase after 2 years because of insufficient funds
