If you from the ramp at Nan Yang Shang Bao it will located at right hand side from that ramp.

I suppose Sunway Serene is at left hand side of that ramp

First of all, why that side jam??? Look at below this photo then u will know why it jam..

all run at emergency lane then finally want to potong out.. how can no jam.. without Icon City ramp, they will still having same problem when reach Motorola bridge

And look again, the icon city just take the emergcy lane that not suppose to have car running on it

If in Japan, this kind of jam are unlikely happen.. but unfortunately this is Malaysia..
just don't blame this ramp. Blame those driver that no follow rule

If WD does it Icon City will be at downside also. It just 1 LDP apart from WD..
Anyway Sunway Serene there is a bit hard to find way to slip in if you are not familiar with that area. Also the surrounding is empty. It can be last piece of jewel at that area if develop properly or half pass six development if the full scale development is delay

Problem of development under few phase.. do half no do half.. some will take out after next phase, then they just use low cost material to temporary do it.. eyesore and donno how many year next phase just start n complete

Despite the lack of development at commercial at Icon City, residents unit are doing good now. The market getting less vacant unit nowadays. Rental also getting better now as compare to earlier
