Ya, if count after rebate it’s below 800 per sqft...

High price before rebate to allow buyer to get more loan?

The launching price is 732K for a leasehold project..  very expensive..
But the maintenance fee is only 0.26/sqft (including sinking fund)...  rclxms.gif

Maintenance is not fixed. Usually will increase after 2 years because of insufficient funds

The SA told me, better to have 0.26 from the start and increase rather than 0.3/0.4 and increase...

True. Serene is good as long as you appreciate that you'll surely need to drive out for amenities n commercial. Also beside factories lar.

The proximity to industrial area and more importantly the staff housing at sg way is something one needs to consider. I don’t think icon city is doing too well also and that is the closest condo

Someone mentioned rfid for car access. Some condos have implemented number plate recognition and it works seamlessly
