QUOTE(westthen @ Sep 25 2023, 04:06 PM) Based on what was mentioned it is provided and supported by Sunway Medical. Of course they will also refer you back to there in case of any complication or need for further check ups. But still i haven't seen the details. I reckon it’s really basic stuff like taking blood pressure and monitor blood sugar levels perhaps. Useful for diabetics of which there are shockingly many in this country.

QUOTE(Cavatzu @ Sep 25 2023, 04:02 PM) Na my bad. I thought they were still linked. What I mean is that they start integrating their health, education and hospitality arms into their developments which they already are doing. Do things the Sw way, integrated ecosystem

Your “less than 1mil” is referring to what size and how many units per corridor? Btw serene is 1.78m also have units that cost less than a million. Lol! Serene isn’t really like that.

Serene isn’t really like that. well, no reason to convince him/her about this as he didn't bother replying to my post about how each corridor wing only house 2 or 3 units. what would you do in a corridor that needs such wide space anyways? i don't have issue with the corridor when i visited it both times and would rather have such corridor in order to fit in proper refuse chamber and maintenance lift. in the end, it is practicality and if the ones who can afford it don't mind it then i don't see a reason to.

The “H” floor plan with a central lift core and seperate wings is probably the most efficient layout for ventilation, light and privacy compared to traditional long corridor designs which would be cheaper for developer to implement.

Exactly. Most of the units are not facing directly another unit.

QUOTE(IronManz @ Sep 30 2023, 08:33 PM) I think Sunway Flora is not H ? Yea it’s a double loaded corridor design. In this case then corridors should be like 8 feet or more. Hmm they went cheap with this and not many openings outside. This post has been edited by Cavatzu: Oct 1 2023, 10:36 AM

You mean for Flora, corridor design should have been done better? This post has been edited by IronManz: Oct 1 2023, 12:27 PM

QUOTE(IronManz @ Oct 1 2023, 12:26 PM) You mean for Flora, corridor design should have been done better? Not sure what the width is. Ultimately it depends on the shape of the land and what is the best way to cram as many units as possible.

QUOTE(IronManz @ Oct 1 2023, 12:53 PM) 748 units across 46 floors Yea there’s a lot of specific attributes like corridor width, ceiling height, door size that you won’t know how it feels until it’s ready. But with Sunway should be not bad. That is the value in knowing the consistency of a branded developer whereas with some they really cheap out.

QUOTE(IronManz @ Oct 1 2023, 12:26 PM) You mean for Flora, corridor design should have been done better? Flora should be following artessa build , similar height, similar unit per floor, also 1 liner corridor , wait artessa finish built then can roughly expect the same
