Puffy, since u said u bought for own stay, mind to share below cons I gathered? I am still considering this against freehold condo in AD. Did u ask how wide is the corridor to the unit? Aragreens is really narrow and that turned me off somehow.

High dense 894 units in 2 blocks with 10 units per flr
Poor exit to LDP turning to Sunway/Puchong direction
Only 1 type unit directly facing lake, rest either facing pool, WD or LDP
Air-conditioned Haier brand, no wardrobe, no bathtub, no bathroom accessories
Balcony is purely steel railing, no glass
Electricity and water bill under commercial rate
Pros:
Low maintenance fees
Deferment package offer
2 cp side by side except type A
