Im newbie and just created a RT account yesterday

So far it's quite easy for a layman like me to use and perform transaction

Never thought trading can be this easy

Rakuten Trade Are you from Rakuten Trade and if so, how do I buy goldetf?

There will be a special arrangement if you wish to trade GOLDETF via Rakuten Trade.

i) Call in to our Customer Service Department to request this.
ii) The process of granting “BUY” limit will take at least 2 (two) working hours.
iii) Once the window for “BUY” order on GOLDETF has been granted, Customer Service Representative will then proceed to contact you.
iv) You will have to place the “BUY” order within 15 minutes. The window of the “BUY” order will be closed after 15 minutes. The same process applies to amendment on the “BUY” price.
v) Only on cash upfront account.

Same process for SELL as well.

Thanks. But why is it so troublesome? Makes me feel like opening a personal CDS account elsewhere so that I can trade ETF and goldetf easily

yes. mine stuck at "New" for TG.
but then for HSI, no issue.

I emailed them to cancel my orders anyway, even I believe they already aware n should bulk update/cancel.
