It has been showing that the website is undergoing a maintenance since friday night, but when I use chrome or private mode on safari to log in, there is no such issue. The maintenance thingy appears only when I try to log in under normal mode on safari.

Try clear your browser cache. If u can login via incognito mode, meaning there is no issue at all

Not all ETFs can be traded using Rakuten Trade. So far have not bought any ETF from Rakuten Trade because I don't know which ETF can be bought through RT.
