Damn, me too! Sales order from cash upfront account get rejected and the stock in portfolio disappeared. Emailed to the customer service ady, waiting for reply.

nothing ler. last week I set GTD sell order, then just moments ago the order was "rejected by exchange", and when I go to my portfolio, that stock is no longer there

I guess they have shut down their customer services line temporary, anyway have sent an email to them. Now waiting them to reply

This bloody mothetfather system scam all the rakuten player... all email copy paste giving damn reply and nonsense reply

The farking system purposely went down this morning to ensure all the contra player not able to take profit. Who agree with me ?

None of you able to take profit during opening ..

Let discuss how to properly file a complaint to bursa ..

My total profit about 10k missing just because of system hang . Even it is small amount but come on, that is my hard earn money . Now my portfolio is negative and i need to bear the lost.
