guys, how long before I'm allowed to withdraw cash from my account after sell order had been fulfilled?

I can only see the amount as trading limit but not as cash to withdraw

i never had any problems with orders on Rakuten, whenever I submit a new order it always goes to Acknowledged state... so not sure why there's so many complaints here

is it related to how many lots you order?

Funds will take T+2 days before eligible for withdrawal

still ok for me since the counter I wanted opened higher than my order value, if not i really dulan liao

but just now i tried placing sell order, unable to process

seems like mplus will be gaining lots of customers today

whole weekend of 'maintanence and upgrade' for nothing

it seems they made it worse

will be funny if everyone jumpship to M+ and end up M+ will be the one having issues in the future

acknowledged means the order is successfully processed and sent over to the exchange. its not a guarantee buy

when your order price match the stock price and its your turn in the queue then it will change to status MATCHED.

just wanna say.... finally received my account from M+


gonna proceed with portfolio transfer once rakuten 'maintanence' is done and its good bye

just submit online application. but can take up to one month for approval
