My observation is this platform CANNOT handle heavy load at anytime. It could be any time of the day, not just morning.

If certain stocks you are holding suddenly drop and you want to run, platform cannot handle coz everyone else running, you will be stuck there and suffer losses.

Similarly if you want to pick up certain stocks at cheaper prices during the sudden drop or ride the wave on sudden surges, you cannot too and you will miss out.

The only way is to key in during regular non-peak times your buy/sell price.

It's kind of like buying a car which cannot be driven during peak hours/traffic jam coz the car will overheat.

ya. a lot platforms under estimate power of bolehland.
xiaomi platform down when they very first come to malaysia and doing flash sales.
follow with huawei website.

RT actual quite user friendly for UI. compare to others platform.

Have you tried using their mobile app?

Do we have to tell rakuten trade if the company shares we hold have bonus shares or will rakuten automatically give us the bonus shares at ex-date?

Suffering loss (when its supposed to be profit) as the shares went ex-bonus date  on 3/8 and I don't see my number of shares increasing

just realized i have potential 10k profits just bye bye this morning

have 5000 lot share queuing for sell at 0.01, then this morning it shoot up to 0.02, now it's 0.03

thanks to rakuten shitty server, i can't go in in time to adjust my selling price

wow increased a lot in this morning
