Haven't got my free Advance 50 upgrade

Previously a CS told me will be in July and now I asked them again they say will be upgraded before end of October my area is Sungai Long

Plus, ask them why some users are paying RM169 for Advance 30 (before free upgrade) and the CS told me the lowest is 179 or else TM will make loss

finally lodged my complaint to skmm, hoping got a feedback soon

u need to find out more detail as biz package n home package is totally different support services as biz package higher premium pay out before make any decision.

Guys, when we upgrade the Unifi package from existing ones, does contract will be renewed as well?

If free upgrade, no.
If promotional upgrade via telemarketer, yes.
If upgrade by paying normal price, no.

It's been confirmed. Next speed will be 200 & 500mbps. Will be announced probably in this coming budget by PM together with another hopefully good news of price cut for fiber broadband

I'm totally confused now either tomorrow Unifi installer will come to install or not?

In Unifi website check coverage got listed my house and street, double confirmed with TMconnect too, also received SMS/email earlier.

But until today still didn't see any TM distribution white box install which opposite 2 streets away from my Shophouse.

Just spotted 2 TM pole and fiber cable circling then connecting streamyx cable? via walls across 140 shops.

I also tried checked with TMpoint Mobile (like a moving TMpoint), the Unifi guys said will lying cable in this month but not sure about services yet.

P/s: Unifi Lite 10Mbps @ RM129, possible to upgrade to Unifi Advance 100Mbps in future?

as long is a fiber connection, in the future you want upgrade to how many Mbps also can

another 2 months for announcement, and based on tm's speed to take action, another 1 year.
