What usually happens after you ter-hit someone's side mirror? I'm a newbie and I ter-hit a car's side mirror with my side mirror in a jam. The side mirror I hit was still in tact. I didn't stop because there were other riders following behind me so didn't want to cause an obstacle for them.

Just ride on and raise your hand to say sorry. Then need to improve depth and width perception so you can gauge whether you can get through or not. This is why so rempit have no side mirrors, which is way dumber as you need to glance to change lanes especially if lane splitting.

Jalan Tun Razak during peak hours aren't a joke, especially the area under the overhead pass around TH Selborn.

to me, depends how much you believe in karma and if you are also a driver or not.

i mean, if you're also a driver, it doesn't feel nice if other hit and damage your mirrors right? even a simple proton mirror, with folding motors, can cost over a thousand.
any non local and the cost escalates very quickly to 2-3 thousands at least per mirror.

if no damage, mirror can still fold, personally, I ok la.
but my own car mirrors has been hit and 1 side motor damaged which cost like 5k to replace whole unit, i just let it be cuz no budget lol.
personally when i was actively riding, i never hit a mirror before, so i guess my faith in karma is unfounded tongue.gif

Hi all,
Is it true that currently introduce chinese made bikes (maybe not all models) here in Malaysia are difficult to source for readily available spare parts?

As well as, foreman or workshops that are familiar to both service and maintain them

Fast moving scheduled service items available in MY...

Other parts need to wait 2 weeks to 1 month from the Local Distributor, but you can buy them online from a Chinese site like TaoBao, as long you provide the part number they will ship in 1 to 2 weeks time.

But since most of the Chinese bikes are copies of something from TW, Jepun and Continental, sure can substitute some of the parts (engine especially) with the existing model.

Grip on very wet road
Really puddle of water.
Good water dispersion. No lari.

The previous set of tires I was using, Dunlop. Was terrible

OK, then you'll like Road6 even more, supposedly it improves cornering wet grip.
Road5 has good cornering dry grip.

I use my bike as a main mode of transportation to my workplace.
That's why I must have good tyres.

Hi guys, i've been eyeing to get a new mini bike in the follwing sequence:

1. Honda Monkey
2. Honda MX125 Grom
3. Kawasaki Z125 Pro
4. Benelli tnt 135

Let's talk about the availability first, I've been made to understand that Monkey and Grom is now no longer available in Msia, they just didnt bring them in anymore, right?

If that's the case, then I'm down with Kawasaki z125 pro vs Benelli tnt 135.

In terms of reliability, spare parts availability, cost of maintenance (not so much of an issue), is easier to handle?

I use this bike for fun only, mostly for my weekend rides, dun think i will be using this to commute to work anyway.

By the way, I'm from PJ area, can anyone of you introduce a place where I can get these bikes?

Thanks!

i dont think now still got stock for this small fun bike. even the kawasaki 1 most shop dont sell anymore. last time mostly due to trend.
due that pricing, for me, i might as well buy full bike. even the china 1 quite good with the spec.

you can try search thru mudah and went to shop directly.

What's the usual warranty period if buying a used bike from a bike shop?
I've read someone mentioned 2 weeks only. Anything happened after 2 weeks then have to pay by ourselves sounds risky to me
