QUOTE(PedangGila @ Apr 16 2018, 04:53 PM) I wonder about sym reliability as Im already being face slapped by demak ex90 for its weak engine and 2.3k km starting to play funny music already. Feels like the bike is 70cc i exceeded 140kph meter maximum on karak highway downhill. on gps about 130+kph not bad. gohtong uphill on the other hand... lets just say i weigh more than the kapchai on full gear (around 100+ kilos)

QUOTE(PedangGila @ Apr 26 2018, 06:19 PM) Wtf, mine struggling even to hit 100kmh on flat ground. On flat 110 to 120, takes some time, but you'll eventually get there

QUOTE(mADmAN @ Apr 27 2018, 11:17 AM) ah colt is wearing full suit and full face which helps with aerodynamics... that alone adds 15kg.. so during downhill the extra weight n gravity helps to bring the bike to 140 kmh ini maciam makes sense

QUOTE(g3n0c|d3 @ Jul 23 2019, 03:15 AM) Transmission also out ke? If its just block and piston that is damage u can get the set for rm600++ But if ur engine totally lost, well cannot say anything la. I do saw an advert selling r25 piang but kindda dubious. Transmission seems ok, but since the entire crank case and crank shaft is damaged, an entire engine is needed. Might as well get an entire donor unit. Exhaust cam shaft and cylinder head also damaged. It isn't just the block and piston unfortunately

QUOTE(g3n0c|d3 @ Jul 23 2019, 03:29 PM) ive seen a couple of wreck r25 and the newest one is a piang bike. wont recommend it thou but there are options to go by If the wreck didn't affect engine much still can go for it QUOTE(g3n0c|d3 @ Jul 23 2019, 03:32 PM) Because this 2 right, is only crank case and shaft Add all other parts, the cost balloons to to 8k+ with this used crankshaft I minus 1k from it (RRP 2.5k lol)

QUOTE(technosakai @ Sep 8 2019, 07:44 PM) but the thing is not many really report their issues with the bike. Trying to find more reviews on the bikes.. currently only interested in R25 and Ninja 250. But thought of getting 2nd hand instead of new. and yeah, I prefer ninja 250 cuz of the looks overall haha. Damn connecting rods bruh If you getting used, I strongly suggest additional 3k to rebuild the whole engine just because fuck Yamahai/Yangmahal If you don't think that's sensible, and since you prefer ninja, just go for that instead.

QUOTE(blackbox14 @ Sep 9 2019, 12:31 AM) Yeah, the bike was from the first batch in Malaysia. The TPS issue also plagues some Ninja 400 according to the one Malaysian review from Borneo region. Do you recommend installing the voltmeter before the warranty period is over? Any cutting of wires required? I'm interested in installing one to keep an eye on my battery, but was worried about having to cut wires. I tap mine to fuse and battery grounding terminal so no wire cutting or splicing at all... Bike warranty is also a joke but in case you still worry, my method is easily reversible should you need to do a claim
