I'm also wondering the same thing as boss kochin. 680sf 2 rooms, 820sf 3 rooms, 988sf 3+1. Ffffuuuu the rooms must be really small.

U really need to see the mock up unit...thats IF they constructed it to scale.

I suggest you guys go to see bbcc 1+1 bed and sentral suites 1bedder and do comparing.

U need to make provision for dry yard and entrance foyer.

I seriously dunno if you can fit in another toilet, a queensize bed plus a dry yard and entrance foyer.

Not about house for kid. Now developer concept is build in reasonable price. If build big sqft then the price is extremely high. How can they afford for it? So build it small and make the price reasonable for that area. Developer always diversify in targeting customers. Not only aim for medium to high lvl income. They will consider other level of income.
