What rubbish i went to their gallery ? Ryan and miho ? I heard this shit developer got shit workmanship....their plan is to build apartment 1500 unit ...super high dense...and build parking at the front to block the view ...then apartment at the back ...u know why ? So they can bill client first then only build the parking ...not reliable at all...im going to next door ...

Whoever buying good luck ...i bought their cheras project...rain then flood rain then flood...developer say will rectify..until now also flood ..pm me for pictures...bloody cockroach no more buying their project !!

I wonder how much per sqft they are selling and location is nice for those who love pj area. I think this area is better than Aera project where facing cemetery..

There are so many ongoing projects at sec 13. If buy for investment then for sure will be a big problem in the future.
Btw..Lumi 13 next to Sin Chew also coming soon. Really good luck for those who buy for investment at this area |
