consider good buy?good location?

great location with great layout,if they come out something bigger size i think most of the buyer cant afford it

in deed,this is not the township development,its cnnt compare like previous project,and if you look at other developer with big land size with many phases,its possible for them to change the master plan to suit the current economy needs,bt i look at this one is just small land bank
