Went to their gallery and surveyed the surrounding projects. Cost wise this project is the lowest among the competitors. Placed a cheque and going to choose unit tomorrow.

catch no balls.. this project seems to sell well according to the picture shared. But Atwater next door is getting quite cold response .. psf wise they are almost the same, R&M seems to be higher densed...

Still trying to decipher buyers' mind wink.gif

ya, reli hard to predict but it seemed tat not more than 300 ppl there.. mostly are agents. probably end up like atwaters also..

i personally think this dev is good for own stay but still wonder if anyone buy this for investment? no mrt/lrt, leasehold, etc.. hmmm...
