Wtv ppl may say abt atwater, this ryan n miho will further flood section13 that is seeing some serious supply now. Atwater will be affected too la. Think midtown will be hit even worse. Nice location but too much of potential land to build more apartments.

Atwater is around 60+/- psf more and LOWER density. they also intend to keep their retails. Ryan has a bridge to jaya1 and atw people can use that bridge too. atwater supposed to be more luxury and high end.

when buying OKS house make sure to count how many items they can cheat u on. For this one it could be at least Jaya One bridge. this project is mediocre but the optimum layouts will help with rental in the future.
